RESERVATIONS
The rates corresponding to the different vehicle categories are sent back by E-mail.
To confirm a rental reservation, with Pick up in other city, (not Punta Arenas), you will have to pay the total rate of this service in advance.
To confirm the rental reservation of a vehicle with pick-up in Punta Arenas, it is not necessary to pay in advance.
To confirm a reservation that includes an International Permit, you will have to pay in advance the total rate of it.
CANCELLING A RESERVATION To cancel a reservation, the 50 percent of which had been previously paid, you will have to send the information by e-mail or fax at least 10 days in advance, so as to get the 100 per cent of the return.
When canceling a reservation, paid in advance, in less than 10 days or when the person does not arrive at the fixed date, the International Rent a Car will not return the money.
In case of canceling a reservation with an International Permit, the rate corresponding to this Permit will not be returned.
